STEP 2: Skill Support

The College Support program sponsors Deaf high school graduates around the world in teacher training colleges in their own countries and provides the students with equal access to communication by hiring full-time sign language interpreters. GDC then advocates for equal employment with new Deaf teachers by on-going communication with their governments.
